Beachfront homes often have very limited street parking right off PCH, while canyon and hillside homes can have steep driveways and narrow roads. Traffic and closures on PCH can affect timing, so we plan the route carefully.

Large Malibu homes and estates often mean long carries, glass, art and outdoor furniture – all blanket-wrapped with care. For big homes our larger crews use a 26 ft truck, so we check ahead where it can stop near your driveway. For the tightest roads we can use a pickup truck with a small trailer.

Our pricing is simple and hourly: 2 movers + truck $119/hr, 3 movers + truck $159/hr, 4 movers + truck $189/hr. For larger homes and estates we recommend 3–4 movers; crew size is confirmed at booking, and larger crews are available on request.
