How is the time billed?+
You pay the hourly rate of the package you choose, only for the time the crew works.
What's the difference between the packages?+
Standard Move (simple, reliable, affordable) includes professional movers and a truck, packing and unpacking, furniture disassembly and reassembly, shrink wrap and tape, moving blankets, wardrobe boxes for use, dollies, straps and tools, long walks, and basic furniture protection. Premium Move is a higher level of moving service: everything in Standard plus more extensive furniture wrapping and padding, extra care for fragile items, floor, doorway and wall protection, detailed attention to expensive art, valuable and delicate items, a personalized moving plan, priority coordination and communication, a crew that works in gloves, and customized service. Both are hourly rates.
Can I switch packages?+
Yes, just tell us before your move date.

Can you provide a COI for my building or HOA?+
Yes. We provide certificates of insurance for buildings and HOAs. Send us your building's requirements when you book.
